British artist Rosalind Wise creates fresh, lively large-scale oil paintings of gardens, meadows, and other scenes of natural beauty. Many of her works are inspired by the glorious garden borders found in the United Kingdom, particularly, she notes, those at Great Dixter designed by the late Christopher Lloyd: 'I love the contrasts in color and texture found there, and the vibrancy and energy experienced by being amongst the growing plants' - a vibrancy and energy abundantly conveyed in Garden Border with Inula, Orach, and Cransebill, reproduced for this puzzles."-- Container.
